Operator steps, in order. County records are title truth. A-LOT is software, not a brokerage. No skip-trace. No SMS marketplace.

Map → Add street → My Book
Sign in. Open Map. Add a street address. The deal lands on My Book at Intake and stays private. County-only stays off the map. An empty book until you add one is honest.

Upload evidence → Request packet / Mark Closed
Track A is the close desk. The county recorder is title truth. Hire a licensed closer. FL, AZ, and TX use public find-links (DFS, DIFI, TDI) plus a county recorder hint. That is not a ranked directory, not an intro, and not a Send or SMTP. Ack and upload the purchase contract before Evidence satisfies the Closing packet. Then upload a recorded deed or closing confirmation and bind it on your own book. Copy templates are for you to paste. There is no outbound Send. Mark Closed when the desk gate says so. On a fellow operator’s listing, Request packet first. Closed on desk is not recorded title/deed. Not legal advice.

Site Ops · Clear / Demo / Build / Upgrade
On a street already on your own book, record Clear, Demo, Build, or Upgrade. That is intent only. Demo stays off unless the asset type is Demo / teardown. Site Ops does not run on the open book or someone else’s pin. Not a permit. Not a demolition order.

Open Book and open pins
Open pins are opt-in and off by default. Share only a street-address deal you control. We geocode the address. You never type lat/long. We do not invent pins. County-only stays private. The public open book is not the signed-in operator net.

Founding seats · Accrue only · Leave PR21
Founding seats are capped at 80. Success Fee accrues on a gated Closed own-book deal. Accrue is not collect. It is not a Stripe charge today. Leave PR21 membership stays locked while seats remain. No membership charge.

Lot View / Unity
Lot View stays closed until a distinct-origin WebGL URL is configured. Do not call it a GTA or Rockstar product. No wallet. An NFT is not a deed. EWA is off.
