No certified ARV, title, flood, utilities, or legal access. Those stay unknown until a source field exists. No invented deal counts or market totals.
How should I treat data confidence?
On-file vs not-on-file only. We do not claim a third-party flood or title feed on this page.
Is the platform fully open?
A-LOT.io is live. Empty pipelines and metrics stay honest (verified API only). Public education stays open; operator tools require authentication.
What is the CRM surface for?
Seller-to-close operating layer: intake, pipeline discipline, and activity control. Buyer matching is not this page.
How do I reset my password?
