A Success Fee is recorded on a documented Closed own-book deal. Founding 3% (a lifetime rate while the Founding terms apply; recorded, not collected today). Pro is 5% of the documented dollar amount. Recorded on the deal, not collected. Collection is not active. Before collection begins, A-LOT will give notice. Success fee collection is not currently active. A 2% share of A-LOT's Success Fee is defined in the product and is not enabled. Nothing is paid out. Referral payouts are not live. No operator deal kickbacks.
How we talk about numbers
No invented deal counts or market totals. Empty pipelines stay empty until you add deals. Do not invent collected Success Fee totals.
