Five steps the desk actually does. Closed is a status on your book, not recorded title.
Map and login stay free. Wallet is optional and is identity, not payment. The street path is in the Guide.

Add the street
The address starts private on your book at Intake.

Reach Under contract
You move the deal on your book. Under contract is a stage you set.

Open the closing packet
You name your licensed closer. A-LOT does not assign one.

Record a reference note
Evidence is a reference note and a fingerprint of it. A-LOT does not store the document. The JV PDF is a separate file upload.

Mark Closed when the packet is complete
The desk blocks Closed until the packet is complete. The county recorder is title truth.
Request packet is a later step on another operator's listing. It is not the first action on your own deal.
A-LOT is software. It is not a broker, attorney, title company, or escrow.
